Customers have 7 calendar days to initiate a return on an item from the date it was delivered. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be primarily unused and in a similar condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only items that have been purchased directly from TCG Card Care can be returned to TCG Card Care. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Only partial refunds are granted for any item not similar to its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Shipping returns

Contact support to initiate a return. Please add your order number and the word “Return” in the comments section. 

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest you ship your return via a traceable service to ensure delivery.
